Q2.食用後會尿黃，是正常的嗎？
食用後，半天至一天內尿液變黃色是正常的，因為內含的Ｂ群是水溶性營養素，會隨著尿液一起排出，所以尿液中變黃是正常的，不用緊張。

Q3.晚上可以吃嗎？晚上吃會睡不著嗎？
內含B群，可以在晚上適量食用，尤其是特別勞累者。若是晚間需要保持精神的人，也可以在晚餐飯後食用。不過通常還是建議在白天的飯後時間食用。

Q4.不能和什麼一起吃？
